For our TPS team in Bremen we are looking for a "TPS Engineer IR Biotyper (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the transition of new products to series production (NPI) and optimizing existing products and processes in the field of manufacturing IR biotypers
  • Analyze quality data from customer feedback and returned products to identify failure modes and root causes
  • Continuous monitoring of the production performance with statistical methods to increase production output and efficiency
  • Initiate and drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects together with R&D and Production and the required changes to improve product- and process quality
  • Interface management between Development, Production, Purchasing, Product Management, and Quality Management

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified technician, chemical technical assistant, medical technical assistant, biological technical assistant, etc.), for example in disciplines such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, chemical/process engineering, etc.
  • Initial experience in project management, ideally with interdisciplinary development projects for consumables
  • Experience in production and working in a regulated environment (GxP) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of analytical measurement systems, ideally mass spectrometry or spectroscopy.
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Independent, structured, precise, and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; good conflict management and assertiveness
  • Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
