- Technical, organisational, strategic and personnel management of the Ground & Launch Operations division
- Handling business management and commercial tasks, with profit and loss responsibility for the area of responsibility
- Maintaining contacts with business partners, customers and suppliers
- Supporting the Managing Director and President of MT Aerospace SAS Guyane
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of ground facilities and service-related projects, in particular
- Preparing quotations, giving presentations and negotiating contracts in collaboration with the Controlling and Legal departments and partners
- Managing service and ground facilities contracts
- Coordinating collaboration with the customer and various service providers and partners
- Planning, monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost targets and specific quality requirements in consultation with on-site representatives
- Translating customer requirements and specifications into concrete plant and construction concepts, in collaboration with sub-project managers
- Acceptance testing and commissioning of the plants
- Regular business travel (particularly to Kourou, French Guiana)
