We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Imperial. Based remotely in Greece, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats.

Requirements

You must have a C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

You must have a valid EU passport.

You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
