Your role
- Your responsibilities will include the strategic and operational planning of services
- You will perform diagnostic measurements on transformers as well as power quality measurements at customer sites
- You will develop innovative service concepts and be responsible for the evaluation of measurement data and the preparation of technical reports
- You will manage and oversee service and research projects, from quotation preparation through to invoicing
- Where required, you will also support other service areas, such as modelling and simulation or consulting services in the field of HVDC
- You will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and committee meetings
- You will support marketing activities and contribute to the acquisition of new customers
What makes you a great fit
- You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally possess professional experience in high-voltage equipment diagnostics, power quality, and/or modelling and simulation
- You enjoy taking responsibility and working collaboratively within a team
- You are willing to travel extensively (primarily within Germany), hold a valid Class B driving licence, and feel comfortable working in an international environment
- You perform practical measurements at customer sites with the same level of reliability and professionalism as you apply to theoretical tasks in the office
- You have strong organisational skills and tackle upcoming coordination tasks with initiative and assertiveness
- You enjoy working with people and serve as an open, friendly, and professional point of contact for customers and colleagues
- You have excellent German language skills and a good command of English
