We are seeking a passionate and driven Working Student to join our Project Management team. You'll be part of the PPS team, focusing on process and performance enhancement. This role offers an opportunity to create best practices and insights for our region, particularly in key hubs like QSC.

  • Enrolled in a full-time program with a major in Business Administration or a related field
  • Passion for developing and implementing new concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint)
  • Eagerness to explore and utilize other project management tools
  • Enjoy knowledge transfer, communication and training
  • Analytical mindset and structured work approach
  • Curious and willing to engage with diverse topics
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Contribute to the development of our cross-functional project structure
  • Plan, schedule and organize meetings for our project review process
  • Actively support review meetings with moderation and create meeting minutes
  • Optimize and automate project progress, introducing new tools as needed
  • Assist with post-meeting activities and project documentation
  • Manage and enhance the SharePoint EGC, including governance, structure and usage concepts
  • Provide technical and content support for SharePoint, conduct trainings, enable PoCs and support team-wide activities
  • Engage in knowledge transfer, communication and training sessions
