Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications YOU... hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field. have initial experience through internships, working student positions, or a first role in project management, quality assurance, or engineering. are interested in project management, quality assurance, and process optimization. possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working. bring an assertive and pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality. are comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and project data. have very good written and spoken English skills.
