I'm a techie at heart and fascinated by how technology revolutionises even the most mundane things. No wonder I also ended up in the tech sector as a recruiter. Here, I especially like the synergies that arise across the units and teams. Tech experts benefit from each other's specialisations and combine their ideas to optimise products. As a recruiter, I dive into this world and enjoy the conversations with applicants, my regular exchange with hiring managers, the joint design of the range of requirements for advertised positions, as well as the planning of the application process and its content. As a People Business Partner at Trusted Shops, I experience an incredibly varied work environment with constantly new tasks that challenge me and are fun at the same time. In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work - so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department. Together with our People colleagues, we are involved in exciting projects ranging from the creation of an internal leadership academy to new concepts around New Work. As you can see, there's something going on here - join in!

Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in operativen, strategischen und arbeitsrechtlichen HR-Themen
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Personalprozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycle
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen des Betreuungsbereichs
- Analyse personalrelevanter Fragestellungen und Entwicklung pragmatischer, businessorientierter Lösungen
- Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und People-Initiativen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensstrategie
Your profile
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als People Business Partner (HR Business Partner), bevorzugt in einem SaaS-Umfeld oder vergleichbar
- Gute Kenntnisse entlang zentraler HR-Prozesse sowie Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung mit Betriebsverfassungsrecht und der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Workday sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, kommunikative, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
