- Du bringst Ordnung in wichtige Informationen - indem Du Versicherungsfälle aus dem Bereich Personenschäden in unseren Systemen anlegst und pflegst.
- Du erfasst medizinische Daten sorgfältig - indem Du Unterlagen sichtest und relevante Informationen strukturiert dokumentierst.
- Du hältst den Überblick - indem Du Diagnosen, Behandlungsdaten und weitere wichtige Angaben zuverlässig überträgst.
- Du stellst vollständige Vorgänge sicher - indem Du Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität prüfst.
- Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe - indem Du fehlende Informationen telefonisch oder schriftlich bei den zuständigen Ansprechpartnern anforderst.
- Du dokumentierst nachvollziehbar - damit alle Fälle sauber vorbereitet an die nächsten Bearbeitungsschritte übergeben werden können.
Qualifications
Das bringst Du mit:
Must-have
- Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, Datenerfassung, Verwaltung, im Backoffice, Kundenservice oder Callcenter mit administrativen Tätigkeiten.
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Dokumenten und PC-Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Freude daran, Informationen genau zu prüfen und sauber zu dokumentieren.
Nice-to-have
- Erfahrung mit medizinischen Unterlagen oder medizinischer Terminologie.
- Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Dokumentation (z. B. DRG oder ICD-10).
- Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld oder in administrativen Gesundheitsprozessen.
- Eine medizinische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als MFA, MTA, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Physiotherapeut:in.
