In our team Secured Investments, you evaluate secured debt portfolios, identify opportunities and risks, and help shape sustainable investment strategies. Working closely with colleagues across the EOS Group, you will combine analytical thinking with commercial insight to create long-term value and support our mission of changing finances for the better.
What you can expect:
- You support the full life cycle of transactions, including due diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- You develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models covering secured non-performing loans and real estate portfolios.
- You therefore analyze extensive datasets to generate actionable investment insights and risk assessments and prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, credit committee materials, presentations, and reports for transactions.
- Simultaneously, identifying and implementing opportunities to automate recurring processes and enhance analytical workflows across all relevant operational areas is part of your job as well.
- You work closely with senior management on strategic investment and lending decisions, participating in meetings with management teams, advisors, and business partners.
What we are looking for:
- You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a similar field.
- If you have several years of professional experience in real estate, transaction management, controlling, or finance, and have completed an additional professional examination (MRICS, IREBS, CFA, or comparable), you are a strong fit for us.
- You have in-depth knowledge of non-performing loans (NPLs) as well as expertise in structuring and setting up complex deals.
- You have exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills; ideally, you also have the ability to work in R or Python.
- You enjoy working in international teams, speak English fluently, and excel thanks to your strong comprehension, flexibility, and interest in economic contexts.
- You are excited about traveling to our local subsidiaries across Europe about once a quarter for three to four days.
We are looking forward to your application. If you are interested in becoming part of our team, please forward your CV along with a covering letter including current salary details to:
