Automation & Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, located in Berlin, is currently under trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).

We hold interests in three German refineries which account for 12% of total processing capacity in the Federal Republic of Germany. We are responsible for the marketing, supply and transportation of mineral oil and renewable energy products throughout Central Europe.

Your tasks

• Design, build and maintain business automation solutions using MS Power Automate, MS 365 and related Power Platform components
• Analyse and translate business requirements into scalable workflows, approval processes, data collection forms and reporting solutions
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models for management and operational insights
• Support data extraction, transformation and loading activities from business applications, SharePoint, APIs, databases and structured files
• Contribute to data warehouse and data mart support by preparing, validating and documenting datasets used for reporting and analytics
• Use MS Copilot and AI-assisted capabilities to improve automation design, reporting productivity, documentation and knowledge sharing
• Monitor and improve existing flows, reports and data processes, including troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning and change management
• Create technical documentation, user guidance and training materials for automation, analytics and self-service reporting solutions
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation, data quality and reporting improvements
• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, security and data protection standards
• Stay current with MS Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI and data analytics capabilities and recommend enhancements

Your profile

• Professional education in IT (higher education is an advantage) and relevant IT certificates
• Experience in IT service delivery
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Business fluent German and English
