Your role:

  • We are looking for a Logistic Manager
  • You will report to the Unit Manager and General Manager

  • GB Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations (warehouse, flight prep, equipment, dishwash, kitting).
  • Ensure KPI performance (OTP, productivity, quality, costs).
  • Optimize stock, suppliers, and operational flows.
  • Anticipate risks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, HACCP, hygiene, and customs regulations.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and support digital systems (Winrest).
  • Lead, schedule, and develop team members.
  • DE Aufgaben
  • Leitung der gesamten Logistikprozesse (Lager, Flugvorbereitung, Equipment, Spülbereich, Kommissionierung).
  • Sicherstellung der KPI-Erreichung (OTP, Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten).
  • Optimierung von Lagerbeständen, Lieferanten und Prozessen.
  • Proaktive Risikobewertung und Ressourcenplanung.
  • Förderung von kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, HACCP-, Hygiene- und Zollvorschriften.
  • Verantwortung für Inventurgenauigkeit und digitale Systeme (Winrest).
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung des Teams.


Profil

  • GB Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics (3+ years in management).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and logistics systems.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus.
  • DE Anforderungen
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (davon 3+ Jahre in leitender Funktion).
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse.
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • HACCP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
