Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Strategic HR business partner for executives and HR managers in the Operations division on all HR-related issues throughout the employee life cycle-ranging from operational topics to the design and implementation of strategic HR programs and policies.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with executives and employee representatives at the site on HR strategy and the implementation of corporate HR processes in the areas of talent management, HR and organizational development, compensation, and benefits.
- Recruitment: Responsible for planning, managing, and implementing recruitment processes-from drafting job postings and selecting candidates to conducting interviews, hiring new employees, and ensuring a structured and comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Operations: Ensuring the structured and efficient implementation of administrative HR processes and maintaining HR systems through the supervisory management of an HR generalist.
- Coordination & Alignment: Selecting and negotiating contracts with staffing agencies, particularly in the blue-collar sector, as well as coordinating selected topics with the works council.
- Projects and Continuous Improvement: Collaborating on regional and global HR projects such as digital personnel files, performance evaluation initiatives, and digitization projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in HR business partnering, including experience in the area of employee participation.
- Expertise: Very strong knowledge of labor law and proven experience in managing complex HR processes and supporting executives.
- HR Systems: You are familiar with common HRIS and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar applications.
- Languages: In addition to excellent German language skills, you have good written and spoken English skills.
- Work Style and Personality: Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to advise and support executives. You also have a structured, pragmatic, and reliable approach to work and are eager to become part of an international team.
