Your Role

• Identify and understand the key drivers of business challenges
• Analyze market developments and competitive positioning
• Run analyses and prepare data-driven recommendations
• Work with senior project managers on high priority initiatives across the ZEISS Group
• Collaborate in project teams, across several functions

Your Profile

• You are currently in your Masters studies in business management, economics, industrial engineering or a STEM subject with additional economics modules with excellent grades during your degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent and results-focused working style
• First experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy work
• Business-fluency in German and English, an outstanding communication style and are confident in a business environment
• Ideally, you are available for 4-6 months in Fall/Winter of 2026
• Please note that we cannot consider candidates with already completed Masters degrees at this time
