The unit "Client Lifecycle Management" is part of Digital & Operations Germany and embedded in a broader competence center for regulatory client onboarding, reporting, and trade data management. The team acts as a central competence center for client onboarding (including e-trading platforms) and contract management within UniCredit Bank GmbH. Core competencies include regulatory onboarding, further development of tools, processes, and systems, as well as stakeholder management and project coordination.
As a working student (f/m/d), you are supporting with the regulatory onboarding and offboarding processes for Client Risk Management clients across different business lines as well as ensuring data consistency across multiple systems. Together with the team, you ensure clients remain compliant and operational throughout their lifecycle and that data across systems is complete, consistent, and accurate.

This corresponds to classification in collective pay group 3, year 3, in accordance with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement for the private banking sector.
In addition, for the period during which you are employed as a working student with us, and adjusted to the agreed working time factor, you will receive a pro rata 13th salary. Based on full-time employment over an entire year, this amounts to €3,052 gross.

What you'll be doing
- Dynamic and international environment combining day-to-day operations, teamwork, and project work
- Handling requests from front-, middle-, and back-office units regarding client setup and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, SFTR, and EMIR
- Managing interfaces between front-, middle-, and back-office systems
- Supporting projects related to client master data, regulatory implementation, digitalization, and efficiency improvements
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure short time-to-market
What you'll need to succeed
- Ongoing studies, preferably in Finance or a related field
- Affinity for data and basic knowledge of data analysis and data management
- Basic knowledge of process management
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with regulatory requirements is beneficial
- Knowledge of front-to-back processes and systems is an advantage
- Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking is a plus
- Team player with strong motivation and initiative
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- High accuracy and flexibility
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
