Job Description

Support the Project Management team by bridging administrative operations, supply chain coordination, and data analytics. This role offers hands-on experience in project reporting, procurement, and energy technology while building data-driven dashboards.

Your Tasks
  • Project Reporting & Coordination: Consolidate data to create regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Order & Progress Management: Execute and monitor order placements within the Oskar system; assist in maintaining and updating project registers (e.g., SmartSheets).
  • Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Power BI or similar) to track KPIs, order status, and operational efficiency.
  • Information & Process Management: Manage document exchange lists at the consortium level; monitor internal and supplier submissions within document management systems.
  • Action Tracking: Systematically track open items from meetings and handle the administration and follow-up of technical queries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective, simple solutions to improve team operations.


Your Profile
  • Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar), at least from the 2nd semester onwards.
  • Initial interest in or knowledge of energy technology or high-voltage technology.
  • Supply-chain, sourcing & procurement experience is also an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working.
  • very good English language skills. (German is an advantage)
