FM Operation (m/f/d)

• Steer and control facility service performance (KPIs / SLAs)
• Control and evaluate external FM service providers
• Control of maintenance activities and technical inspections
• Support FM budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Ensure FM budget implementation and identify optimization potential
• Identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements
• Support audits, reporting, and performance reviews
• Act as interface between Site Management, FM, Procurement, and suppliers

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or similar
• Experience in FM, controlling, or technical operations
• Experience with outsourced service environments preferred
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Structured, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented mindset
