Hier verantworte ich die bautechnische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten in den Betriebsanlagen des Höchstspannungsnetzes in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz trägt Verantwortung für die Stromversorgung von mehr als 18 Millionen Menschen und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Energiewende. Als Bautechniker*in bzw. Meister*in übernehme ich Verantwortung für Instandhaltungs- und Neubauprojekte in den Anlagen unseres Höchstspannungsnetzes zwischen Schwerin und Pasewalk. Dabei bewege ich mich in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld, in dem Bauwesen sowie Energie- und Elektrotechnik eng zusammenwirken. Von der technischen Bewertung bestehender Anlagen über Planung und Genehmigung bis hin zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen steuere ich Projekte ganzheitlich und koordiniere interne sowie externe Projektbeteiligte. Termine, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen behalte ich dabei jederzeit im Blick. Mit meiner bautechnischen Expertise leiste ich einen direkten Beitrag zu einer sicheren Stromversorgung und zum Gelingen der Energiewende.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Koordination von Neubau-, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten der Netzinfrastruktur,
• Bewertung bestehender Anlagen und Infrastruktur sowie Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse und Kostenschätzungen für Bauvorhaben,
• Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen auf Basis technischer Befundungen, Gutachten und betrieblicher Anforderungen,
• Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Zustimmungsverfahren sowie Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen und der Bearbeitung von Umbauverträgen,
• Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, Lieferanten, Behörden sowie weiteren internen und externen Projektbeteiligten,
• Mitwirkung bei Vergabeprozessen, der Auftragsbearbeitung und dem Nachtragsmanagement sowie Überwachung der Maßnahmen hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Budgets,
• Kontrolle der fachgerechten Ausführung von Bauleistungen, Unterstützung bei Abnahmen sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen technischen und kaufmännischen Dokumentation.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossene Techniker-, Fachwirt- oder Meisterausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Bautechnik, Bauwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z. B. in der Abwicklung von Bau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten, in der Baustellenkoordination oder im Infrastrukturumfeld,
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Dienstleistern, Planungsbüros und ausführenden Unternehmen,
• Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von technischen Unterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie von Kostenkalkulationen für Bauvorhaben,
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office,
• Führerschein Klasse B,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Kenntnisse über kaufmännische Prozesse im Bau- oder Projektumfeld,
• Kenntnisse mit Genehmigungs-, Vergabe- oder Vertragsprozessen,
• Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sowie mit Planungs- und Ausschreibungssoftware,
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
