About the Position
As a Tribe Lead Live Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and engagement through innovative live experiences. You will lead the strategic development and execution of our live marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and enhance our customer journey.
Your expertise in Agile Leadership will be crucial in steering projects and cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness. You will be responsible for Strategic Event Planning, from conceptualization to implementation, covering a spectrum of activities including experiential marketing, trade fairs, congresses, and virtual/hybrid events.
This role requires a proactive leader with a strong vision for impactful live communication. You will manage budgets, cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive innovation in our event formats to deliver memorable brand experiences. While you won't have direct personnel responsibility, you will guide and influence teams to achieve excellence in live marketing, significantly contributing to our market visibility and customer loyalty.
