Process Management in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

Tasks
Then we have just the thing for you:

• Design and development of accounting-related payment processes and solutions for global online and offline payment methods (e.g., acquirer integration, Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa/Mastercard)
• Harmonization of the Lufthansa Group's payment and accounting processes
• Project management and/or participation in cross-functional projects to introduce new or improve existing payment processing and accounting processes, taking into account legal and country-specific requirements (e.g., PCI DSS)
• Technical support and further development of the assigned IT systems, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Planning and conducting acceptance tests resulting from IT or process changes
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting on budgets for the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or business informatics, or equivalent with relevant professional experience
• Experience in the areas of payments, financial accounting, and bookkeeping, ideally with an IT focus
• Experience in project management, specifically in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe)
• Structured approach to work
• Knowledge of current IT technologies and trends in the payments sector
• Flexibility and a willingness to innovate
• Fluency in spoken and written English
