Internship Aircraft Maintenance Project Management

Tasks
Your internship will be based right in the aircraft hangar, and you'll work alongside maintenance colleagues to support projects and optimize existing processes.

• You'll learn about the important role that processes and procedures play in aircraft maintenance
• You'll learn how important the human factor and cross-departmental collaboration are to ensuring these processes work effectively
• Your responsibilities will include managing smaller projects on-site, supporting process analysis and optimization, and handling day-to-day tasks

Requirements
Aircraft maintenance depends on the people who perform these tasks. For this reason, in addition to analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of interpersonal skills is required.

• To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship
• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor's and master's programs (gap year)
• Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and organizational talent
• Methodological expertise in project management
• Strong sense of initiative, flexibility, and responsibility
• Empathy and enjoyment of working with people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoyment and creativity in developing innovative solutions
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
