Team Lead Product Portfolio Management EIMEA (d/f/m)

What youll do

• Lead and develop the Product Line Management & Pricing team, providing clear direction and performance management while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Set and embed pricing governance, defining clear price corridors and pass through mechanisms, and partnering with Commercial teams to strengthen value-based pricing and margin delivery
• Orchestrate cross functional and global initiatives with central teams, aligning stakeholders in a matrix and converting strategic priorities into structured programs with measurable outcomes
• Own and steer end to end product lifecycle management, regulatory compliance and maintenance, and timely phase out decisions aligned to business strategy
• Shape and govern the regional portfolio, balancing complexity, customer value, and profitability to enable sustainable growth and operational efficiency
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to drive value chain optimization, delivering cost reduction roadmaps and ensuring transparency on key raw material and packaging cost drivers
• Lead the continuous development of pricing models and analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic pricing decisions, optimize margins, and enhance competitive positioning across EIMEA
