The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Schedules maintenance/repair appointments
- Takes reservations and receives payment
- Generates customer invoices
- Researches and orders parts
- Checks the established safety system of facilities and areas, tools, and equipment posts
- Answers any inquiries of scheduled activities/events
- Takes inventory of automotive supplies and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience:
- Must have experience with and practical knowledge of computers
- Must have experience providing quality customer service
- Must have the ability to operate a cash register
- General automotive, tool, and inventory knowledge is desirable but not required

- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
