Client Management Officer (m/f/d)
Support Senior Bankers and Relationship Managers in managing day-to-day client activities, coordinate with product teams, follow-up on client-related matters and prepare research materials, market intelligence and press reviews
Prepare high-quality pitch books, conduct sector and market analyses, and provide timely insights on industry trends, client developments and key market events
Conduct profitability analyses for prospective transactions using advanced financial and Excel-based modelling techniques
Support the origination and structuring of short- and long-term loan facilities for corporate clients, including the coordination and review of credit documentation with Legal, Risk and Operations teams
Prepare internal client relationship reports and briefing materials for senior management
Prepare periodic revenue forecasts and coordinate portfolio-wide NBI review and adjustment initiatives
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, with a specialisation in Finance
Previous experience in Investment Banking, Accounting or Consulting
Strong understanding of the German and Austrian banking landscape, including the relevant regulatory and financial market framework
Knowledge of the Financial Institutions sector, including banks, insurance companies and pension funds is considered a plus
Fluency in English is required; a good command of German, both written and spoken, is essential; knowledge of French would be an advantage, but is not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work accurately and independently, while maintaining high quality standards under pressure and tight deadlines
