You will be part of the central Program Management Office for our global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure the successful execution of this large-scale program rollout in close collaboration with our Tech Enablement team and the system integrator.

You will be part of the central Program Management Office for our global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure the successful execution of this large-scale program rollout in close collaboration with our Tech Enablement team and the system integrator.
Your responsibilities:
- Management of the Program Management Office activities for the Tech Enablement Workstreams (including infrastructure, Basis, Development, Data migration and Security)
- Delivery of the Tech Enablement PMO activities over the complete program lifecycle (e.g. program set-up, design, build, testing and deployment phases)
- Establish and maintain appropriate workstream governance structures and processes
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all Tech Enablement PMO deliverables meet the required standards and business requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of Tech Enablement PMO activities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards
- Co-ordinate resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of Tech Enablement tasks and milestones
- Monitor the performance of the system integrator to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Continuous identification and initiation of improvements of existing processes, methods and standards within the program environment
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies to address identified risks and issues
- Manage the Tech Enablement PMO budget, ensuring that it is allocated appropriately, and expenditures are controlled, identifying and addressing any variances from the budget
Your qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in program management/Programme Management Office, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP implementations
- Proven experience managing SAP transformation programs in large, multi-segment organizations, preferable in the life sciences industry
- Proven ability to manage relationships with system integrators, including contracting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP methodologies) are highly desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Level
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with a calm, structured approach under pressure
- Business-fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage
