ProFleet Group is recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major pharmaceutical and high-tech engineering project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager with a proven track record in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semiconductor sectors to join a rapidly expanding engineering group delivering complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Process (MEP) installation works from mobilisation through to handover.
* Manage all project activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors and client representatives.
* Develop, monitor and manage project programmes, resource plans and project milestones.
* Oversee procurement, material management and subcontractor performance.
* Manage project commercial performance, including variations, change management and cost control.
* Chair internal progress meetings, client meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations and ProFleet management systems.
* Monitor HSE performance and promote a strong safety culture across the project.
* Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, RFIs and design changes.
* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and the client.
* Drive project commissioning, QA/QC completion, snagging and final handover.

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 5 years' experience as an MEP Project Manager delivering major industrial projects.
* Previous experience within Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or Life Sciences is essential.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary MEP installation packages.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working under NEC, FIDIC or similar construction contracts is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of QA/QC, commissioning and project handover processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project or similar).
* EU Passport or legal right to work within the European Union.
