- Professional and disciplinary management of the Radiation & Charging engineers
- Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals
- Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals
- Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, models and templates
- Transfer of Radiation and Charging Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and teams
- Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions and processes
- Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality
