- Flight test data analysis with focus on VTOL aircraft
- Analysis of flight routines and control performance in different flight phases
- Analysis of vehicle management functions
- Comparison of flight dynamics model and flight test data

- Support definition and execution of tests in MIL and HIL environment
- Support clear for flight simulations
- Support analysis of high-level functions, such as ATOL (automatic takeoff and landing)
- Support development of data analysis and visualization tools in MATLAB
- Studies in aerospace engineering or similar programs
- Passion for aviation
- Knowledge in flight guidance, control and dynamics
- Hands-on experience with Matlab/Simulink
- Experience with VTOL aircraft is an advantage
- Knowledge in System Identification is an advantage
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD is an advantage
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Action Orientation, Ability to manage complexity, Situational Adaptability
- Business fluent in English
