The Enterprise Architect (Engineering) owns Henkel's infrastructure and technology architecture across cloud, network, compute, security, observability, and resilience. You define the technical foundation that ensures performance, reliability, and security for all business applications.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the infrastructure architecture model
- Define standards for cloud platforms, networking, compute, storage, security, and DevOps
- Provide reference architectures for infrastructure patterns
- Govern technology platform lifecycles and modernization journeys
- Align with FinOps and GreenOps on cost and sustainability KPIs
- Validate infrastructure architecture during project enablement
- Ensure infrastructure meets RTO/RPO, resilience, performance, and security requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or similar
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (Azure preferred), networks, security, and observability
- Understanding of DevOps platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and zero-trust security
- Experience in designing resilient, mission-critical systems
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
