Your Role:
The main responsibilities for this position are to serve as a strategic partner to customers utilizing the Diagnostic and Regulated Materials (DxRM) portfolio of products. The role has a specific focus on customers situated in the Pharma, Biotech, CMO, Semiconductor, Medical Devices and Testing sectors. You will deliver tailored solutions that enhance workflows, ensure supply continuity, and drive operational excellence. A key aspect of this field-based role is expanding the company's footprint by identifying unmet needs, increasing share of wallet, and seeding new opportunities within customers' R&D functions in collaboration with DxRM Specialists. You will manage assigned accounts within a specific geography, achieving sales and gross profit goals for the DxRM portfolio while fostering strong relationships and providing commercial and technical support.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field or Business; advanced degree preferred
- Over 3 years of field sales experience with Pharma, biotech, CMO, semiconductor, medical devices or testing customers
- Proven experience across the full product development and manufacturing value chain
- Strong understanding of scientific procedures and testing methods to diagnose customer needs
- Proficient in CRM systems and successful management of RFPs, tenders, and agreements
- Track record of accurate forecasting (target ±5-7%) and quota achievement (4-5x quota pipeline generation)
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working autonomously across a multicultural environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 60%) for customer visits; company car provided
