We are looking for a part-time team assistant (m/f/d) (10 hours per week) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial/administrative training or comparable relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility, as well as excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- An independent, structured approach to work, initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills
- A professional manner when dealing with staff and visitors to the Chair
- Confident use of standard software (Microsoft Office) for word processing, diary management, spreadsheets, and Archiving
- Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage
- Experience in the administrative management of research projects would be an advantage
- Enjoy working with students
Your responsibilities
- Direct, general assistance to the Head of the Chair, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Agnes Jocher
- Administration of international and national third-party funded projects (project documentation, timesheets and expenditure reports, as well as budget monitoring)
- Handling of personnel matters (contracts, holiday requests, business trips, etc.)
- Handling correspondence for the professorship (verbal, written, electronic - in German and English)
- Calendar management / organising meetings, appointments and events (workshops / recruitment events / teaching sessions)
- Planning and claiming expenses for business trips
- Support with teaching administration
- Point of contact for staff and student enquiries
