Senior Mobile Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Senior Mobile Engineer (m/f/d) at EVENTIM, your expertise helps to create seamless experiences that delight millions of fans worldwide. We look for people who go beyond building features, understand mobile systems end-to-end, think across platforms, and leverage Agentic AI to improve how software is built.

This role is for experienced engineers willing to take ownership for outcome, shape architecture, and are comfortable operating in a modern, cross-platform environment powered by Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

What to expect:

• Design, build, and evolve our mobile applications across iOS and/or Android
• Drive and shape our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) architecture and shared code strategy
• Own technical decisions, code quality, and long-term maintainability
• Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g. Claude Code), deeply integrated into your development workflow
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture and evolve good practices by mentoring engineers

What you'll need:

• Strong track record of shipping professional Apps in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) for tens of thousands of users
• Your AI-first mindset allows you to master Gen AI as a true multiplier, for all aspects of the SDLC
• You mastered creating your own skills and drive spec-driven development across your team
• Deep understanding of mobile architectures, including all aspects of end-to-end app lifecycle
• Skilled in scaling and optimizing, including mastering debugging of cross-platform Apps
• Proven ability to facilitate and communicate architectural decisions across teams
• Able to onboard others to modern engineering practices and processes (Git, CI/CD, testing strategies, etc.)
• Helpful: Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or strong interest in building cross-platform shared logic
