Internship E-Commerce Marketing Operations (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• You will support the day-to-day operations in areas such as Content Management and FanTicket, working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Key Account Management, B2B partners, and end customers.
• One of your core responsibilities will be independently maintaining and updating text and image content across our webshops and mobile apps.
• You will communicate with event organizers and support them in achieving the best possible presentation of their events.
• Within Shop Management, you will review event configurations and content, perform quality assurance, and approve events, including Premium Tickets and VIP events.

Your Profile:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Digital & Media Management, Communications, or a comparable field of study, and ideally have gained some initial practical experience.
• You have a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to your work.
• You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
• You have excellent German and good English language skills.
