About the Role: Field Application Engineers, FAE (f/m/d)
Our international team is looking for highly motivated and solution-driven engineers (f/m/d) in the field of industrial battery-based energy storage systems. A key responsibility will be to develop optimal technical solutions in collaboration with our key customers and actively support the implementation of projects - including close coordination with our development team in Norway and the engineering team at our factory in Slovakia.

What you'll be doing:
Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team and partners during both the offering and project execution
Provide technical support and training to customers and key users, covering system installation, electrical applications, and IT integration of our systems
Prepare customer specific technical documents and documentation
Offer Feedback to our R&D and PM for optimization of product design and features
Assist with prototyping, system commissioning, and internal/external acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met

What we're looking for
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a trained technician with relevant professional experience
Genuine enthusiasm for innovative technical solutions and a passion for working on cutting-edge energy technologies
Strong collaboration and communication skills, combined with an independent and proactive working style
Very good knowledge of German and English language, both written and spoken
Solid HW and SW knowledge around electrical devices, including LV and MV switchgear
Confident use of standard office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and across Europe
Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of battery-based electricity storage systems. Nevertheless, if you're a motivated and capable newcomer, we'd still love to hear from you!

Zur Position: Field Application Engineer (w/m/d)
Unser internationales Team im Buro Darmstadt sucht hochmotivierte Ingenieur*innen (w/m/d) im Bereich industrieller, batteriebasierter Energiespeichersysteme. Eine der Hauptaufgaben ist es, gemeinsam mit unseren Schusselkunden die optimale technische Losung zu erarbeiten und die Umsetzung der Projekte aktiv zu begleiten - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung in Norwegen sowie dem Engineering-Team in unserem Werk in der Slowakei.

Deine Aufgaben:
Technische und kommerzielle Unterstutzung des Vertriebsteams und unserer Partner in der Angebotsphase und wahrend der Projektumsetzung
Technischer Support und Schulung von Kunden und Key-Usern hinsichtlich der Installation, elektrischen Anwendung und IT-Integration unserer Systeme
Erstellung kundenspezifischer technischer Dokumente und Unterlagen
Strukturiertes Feedback an F&E und Produktmanagement zur Optimierung von Produktdesign und Funktionen
Unterstutzung beim Prototyping, Inbetriebnahme sowie internen und externen Abnahmetests zur Sicherstellung von Qualitats- und Leistungsstandards

Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet oder ausgebildeter Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Engagement, Begeisterung und Freude an technischen Spitzenlosungen
Ausgepragte Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfahigkeit sowie eine selbststandige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software im Bereich elektrischer Gerate sowie Nieder- und

Mittelspannungsverteilungen
Sicherer Umgang mit ublichen Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas
