Production Coordinator, International Originals, DE

This position is for a Production Coordinator, International Originals Germany, supporting the Production Team based in our Munich office. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key organizational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a cross-functional, multi-time zone team spanning Europe and the US.

Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team
Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, and attendance tracking
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and production companies
Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas, off-sites, and team events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
