Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extensionJoin IN2 in BerlinIN2 is looking for a creative and technically minded Revit Technician Intern to join our Berlin team.This role is suitable for students or recent graduates from architecture, engineering, BIM or construction-related disciplines who want to develop their Revit skills within a multidisciplinary building-design environment.You will support our engineers in creating coordinated building-services models and technical drawings for live projects.Your responsibilities
- Develop and update Revit models for mechanical and electrical building-services systems.
- Produce drawings, layouts, sections, details and schedules from BIM models.
- Support the coordination of engineering systems with architectural and structural models.
- Assist with clash detection and the resolution of coordination issues.
- Maintain model quality and follow project BIM standards.
- Help create and update Revit families, templates and shared parameters.
- Support the preparation of drawing packages and project deliverables.
- Work closely with engineers, architects and other project-team members.
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, Architecture, Engineering, BIM, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience using Autodesk Revit through university, employment or personal projects.
- An interest in technical design, digital construction and building coordination.
- A good understanding of drawings, plans, sections and three-dimensional space.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo or BIM 360 is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Accurate, organised and attentive to detail.
- Willing to learn about mechanical and electrical building-services systems.
- A full-time, remunerated six-month internship.
- The possibility of extending the internship or progressing into a longer-term position.
- Hands-on experience using Revit on live projects.
- Training and support from engineers and experienced BIM users.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary design team.
- Exposure to BIM coordination processes and international project standards.
- A friendly and supportive working environment in central Berlin.
- 24 days of annual leave per year, pro-rated for the internship period.
