Join our Cleanroom Qualification team and play a key role in ensuring GMP-compliant cleanroom environments for leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and high-tech manufacturing facilities. In this hands-on position, you will perform qualification measurements, calibrations, and technical assessments while contributing to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare qualification documentation, measurement protocols, and test procedures.
• Perform cleanroom qualification measurements in accordance with GMP and ISO 14644 requirements.
• Execute calibration activities for measuring and testing equipment.
• Independently manage, monitor, and maintain your assigned portfolio of measuring instruments.
• Evaluate measurement results and prepare GMP-compliant documentation and qualification reports.
• Operate and maintain a wide range of cleanroom qualification and environmental monitoring equipment.
• Support on-site qualification projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Show your expertise

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechatronics) or a comparable technical qualification; career changers with a strong technical background or cleanroom experience are welcome.
• Initial experience in field service, technical services, cleanroom qualification, or a comparable customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of GMP regulations (particularly EU GMP Annex 1), ISO 14644, and HVAC systems is desirable.
• Customer-focused, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with a structured approach.
• Team player with strong technical interest, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mindset.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations; valid Class B driving licence required.
• Fluent German language skills and a reliable, professional attitude in dealing with customers and colleagues.
