Internship Communication and Cultural Transformation

Do you want to do more than just support transformation - do you want to actively help shape it? As part of our team, you'll work on initiatives that bring about tangible changes in organization, collaboration, and culture. You'll help us drive change processes forward through effective communication, data-driven approaches, and creativity.

  • Creating communication formats, such as LinkedIn posts and internal community posts
  • Using AI tools to optimize processes, content, and formats
  • Analyzing and compiling employee surveys, particularly using Excel
  • Creating and refining presentations tailored to specific audiences
  • Providing support for internal events, communication formats, and workshops
  • Participating in training sessions, workshops, factory tours, community events, networking events, team meetings, creative sessions, feedback sessions, and much more.

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a bachelor's degree program, ideally in a field related to communication, media, or a comparable area

What you bring to the table:
  • You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor's and master's programs (Gap Year)
  • You gain practical skills with a focus on independently working on tasks and projects within a team
  • You have an affinity for digital media, social media, and new technologies
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have very good written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills
