In this role, you will support our plant engineering projects with a strong focus on numbers, forecasts and project progress, working closely with various teams to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
• Progress, cost, and project controlling including cash flow, forecasting, and invoicing
• Preparation and review of monthly forecasts (PoC), continuous cost monitoring, and variance analyses
• Transparent assessment of the project status and derivation of required corrective actions
• Setup, tracking, and actual-target comparisons of proposal and active projects
• Support in monthly and annual financial closing as well as preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses
• Close collaboration with project management and commercial/technical departments

Show your expertise
• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, Office Clerk) or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in (project) controlling or project management
• Good English skills and very good MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
• Experience with a common ERP system is an advantage
• Independent, committed, and goal-oriented way of working
