Production Planner (m/f/d) - Full Time

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient production workflow by coordinating priorities, managing work orders, and supporting timely delivery of customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production workflow and manage work order creation and updates.
• Review production schedules, establish priorities, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain stock levels for assembly items and support inventory availability.
• Work closely with Production, Sales, and Asset teams to resolve issues and expedite requirements.
• Monitor daily production status and follow up on missing components.
• Communicate product-related issues and support quick resolution.
• Prepare allocation and production-related reports.

What You Bring:

• Few years of business experience, ideally within electronic distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
