YOU...

• lead AI and automation initiatives from ideation through implementation and scale-up, ensuring measurable business impact and sustainable adoption
• identify, prioritize, and develop high-value use cases across Supplier Quality, Procurement, related business functions, and multiple Business Areas
• drive project execution by managing roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• coordinate international cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable and sustainable digital solutions
• translate business requirements into practical AI- and automation-enabled concepts and support their successful implementation
• leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate adoption, optimize processes, and promote data-driven decision-making

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

• hold a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• bring several years of experience in project management, digital transformation, process optimization, automation, or comparable functions within an international environment
• demonstrate strong project execution, stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities
• possess a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and data-driven business process improvement
• have hands-on experience designing, piloting, configuring, or implementing AI-driven and data-driven solutions beyond pure project coordination
• are fluent in English and bring a proactive, structured, innovation-driven mindset with a willingness to travel globally up to 25%
