What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and converting new clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting

• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and social selling campaigns

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

• Understand clients' business goals and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions

• Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional AI solutions

• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, AI innovations, and market developments

What We're Looking For

Languages

• German - C1 or higher

• English - B2 or higher

Experience

• 2-3+ years of B2B Sales, Business Development or Pre-Sales experience

• Experience generating business through outbound prospecting and cold calling

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Comfortable engaging decision-makers, including C-level executives

• Experience qualifying leads and managing sales pipelines

Technical Knowledge

You have a strong understanding of:

• Digital Marketing

• Google Ads & advertising ecosystems

• SEO & PPC

• Lead qualification

• CRM systems

• Sales databases and prospecting tools

Experience within AI, AdTech or SaaS is a strong advantage.
