As a Lead Technical Facility Services (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, commissioning, and optimizing advanced technical systems across Europe. Leveraging your strong technical expertise, you will provide hands-on support, deliver customer training, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure exceptional system performance and continuous product improvement.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Install, commission, and qualify abatement systems at customer sites across Europe
Deliver certified customer training for Cyclone and Encompass systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert on-site support
Conduct field testing, collect performance data, and support process and product optimization initiatives
Collaborate with engineering teams on product development, testing, and continuous improvement projects
Ensure full compliance with all company safety, quality, and operational standards
Show your expertise
Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer in an international environment, ideally within semiconductor, process, or high-tech manufacturing industries
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills, including the ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics
Proficiency in using test equipment, measuring instruments, and hand tools for installation and maintenance activities
Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and training capabilities
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and participate in product training programs in the United States
