As a Regional Representative Iberia (m/f/d), you will represent our company locally and serve as the primary point of contact for our members and business partners in Spain and, to some extent, in Portugal as well. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the development of our international activities and the expansion of our network.

Aufgaben

• Providing comprehensive support to our member companies and business partners in Spain and, to a lesser extent, Portugal, both in person and through telephone and written communication
• Building, maintaining, and developing long-term business relationships and professional networks
• Implementing sales and member support initiatives to strengthen member engagement and drive business growth
• Conducting regular member visits, analyzing regional market and customer needs, and developing and implementing appropriate measures to support regional growth
• Organizing, preparing, and facilitating member meetings, workshops, and regional events
• Supporting members with operational and strategic matters
• Working closely with Sales Management, Internal Sales, and the Head of Sales
• Contributing to international projects and initiatives

Profil

• Successfully completed commercial or vocational training, or a university degree in a relevant field
• Professional experience in field sales, sales, account management, or network development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong affinity for digital tools and technology
• Native-level Spanish language skills, along with very good English and German language skills
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Confident and professional manner, with a passion for building and maintaining business relationships
• Ideally, you will be resident in Spain and be willing to travel extensively within Spain and Portugal
