Engineer Process (m/f/d) - Chemical Engineering

Are you passionate about shaping complex process engineering projects and developing innovative solutions for the chemical and semiconductor industries? As a Chemical Engineer (m/w/d), you will take responsibility for the design and implementation of sophisticated process systems, supporting projects from initial concept through to successful execution in an international environment.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Develop and design customized process engineering systems considering material, pressure, flow, and purity requirements
Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID), technical specifications, and project documentation for chemical and semiconductor applications
Coordinate technical requirements with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
Support proposal calculations, supplier evaluations, and the definition of suitable technical solutions
Oversee manufacturing, commissioning, qualification, and acceptance of systems, including the delivery of customer training
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements while contributing to risk assessments
Show your expertise
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Several years of experience in plant engineering or process engineering, ideally within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
Strong knowledge of process system design and experience working with PFDs, P&IDs, and technical specifications
Good IT skills, particularly in ERP systems such as SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and safety
Business fluent German (C-level) and very good English skills, both written and spoken
