What You'll Do
- Own regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich.
- Act as AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
- Run each account as a structured consulting engagement - stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results.
- Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage.
- Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide.
- Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs.
- Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on regional strategy, key accounts, and Munich team-building.
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering - prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary.
- Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.

Required:
- Tier-one consulting background (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, QuantumBlack) or equivalent transformation track record.
- Proven experience leading C-level engagements and driving large-scale enterprise transformations with measurable outcomes.
- Deep hands-on AI expertise: agent building, model selection, eval design, and integration architecture.
- Experience building and deploying agent workflows in enterprise AI platforms or equivalent tooling.
- Commercial acumen across renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
- Experience building and leading a regional team with ambitions to scale across Europe.
Nice to Have:
- Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and spending multiple days per week at customer sites.
Mindset: Extremely high agency, high energy, fast decision-making, concise communication. Low ego, high ownership - willing to do unglamorous work to drive results.
