- Operational involvement in projects as well as supporting project teams during proposal preparation
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, guidance, and development of the team in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

- Providing expert guidance to team members on complex issues, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Driving the introduction and optimization of processes and tools, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and monitoring market and technology trends to derive relevant actions
