The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of modular construction projects or sub-packages, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and technical requirements

Full lifecycle responsibility for projects from concept through design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
Overall accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, site execution)
Manage procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities
Oversee commercial aspects including contract and claim management
Own project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin control
Show your expertise
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in project management, ideally within plant engineering or modular construction
Strong commercial and contract management expertise
Solid technical understanding of engineering and construction processes
Proven experience in stakeholder and client management, as well as risk management
Fluent English and good German language skills
