In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vacuum and exhaust treatment systems while taking on a key responsibility in a highly technical and innovative environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Operate and monitor vacuum and exhaust treatment systems via the process control system
Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing activities on exhaust abatement equipment and vacuum pumps
Analyze and troubleshoot system failures to ensure reliable plant operation
Document completed work and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Support the continuous improvement of operational procedures and processes
Take technical responsibility for assigned systems and participate in a rotating shift pattern with on-call duty

Show your expertise

Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as Industrial Mechanic, Chemical Process Technician, Production Operator (Chemical Industry), Microtechnologist, Plant Operator, or a comparable qualification
Experience in the operation, maintenance, and servicing of technical equipment, ideally within vacuum and exhaust abatement systems
Strong technical understanding combined with a systematic and independent approach to work
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of responsibility
Experience with process control systems is an advantage
Medical fitness to wear respiratory protective equipment and willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern with on-call duty requirements
