Internship Product Management & AI Automation

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
We are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) to join our Product Management team at KINEXON and help us build modern internal AI and automation solutions.
You won't be working on theoretical concepts. Instead, you'll tackle real business challenges with direct impact. Your goal will be to make Product Management processes more efficient, data-driven, and scalable through AI, AI agents, and workflow automation.
At the same time, you'll gain deep insights into the mindset, methods, and day-to-day work of Product Managers in an innovative technology company.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Developing AI-powered workflows using Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
- Building automations with n8n or Microsoft Power Automate
- Creating Product KPI dashboards
- Designing, implementing, and testing AI agents
- Automating reportings, analysis, and documentation processes
- Supporting Product Management tasks and strategic analyses
- Integrating different systems via APIs
- Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts for internal productivity solutions
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration with a focus on IT/digitalization, or a comparable field
- Ideally currently enrolled in a Master's program
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in using data as a foundation for automation
- Understanding of HTTP APIs and how to work with them
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Ability to read, understand, and work with AI-generated code
- First experience with prompt engineering or building solutions with AI assistants
- A proactive, structured, and independent way of working
- Fluent language skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with n8n
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience building or working with AI agents
- Understanding of business processes and process modeling
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- German language skills
