Your role
As a Senior Engineer Electrical Tests (f/m/div) at Infineon Technologies Bipolar GmbH & Co. KG, you can expect the following responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations and the Yield Team in ensuring high product quality and production yield, as well as analyzing and optimizing processes with a focus on electrical test systems.
- Analyze and track product deviations in the production process and develop and implement corrective actions to systematically reduce defects.
- Plan and procure electrical test systems for quality assurance and validation, and support the commissioning and qualification of new test systems in manufacturing.
- Support the tester roadmap and the implementation of new products and test technologies, while ensuring smooth production ramp-ups through the validation and optimization of new processes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate manufacturing requirements into the development process and perform testing and validation activities during the product development phase to prepare for high-volume production.
- Contribute to training activities and knowledge transfer for manufacturing personnel.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Power Electronics.
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of professional experience in process engineering, electrical test systems, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of failure analysis and data-driven process optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), Python, and LabVIEW.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
